📋 Terms of Service

By using the Toplandık application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Toplandık mobile application ("Application"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application.
2. Service Description
Toplandık is a mobile application that provides users with meeting management, organization, and planning services. The application is designed to help users efficiently organize their meetings.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
- If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent
- Each user may only create one account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential
- You may not share your account with others
- You are responsible for all activities on your account
- You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Subscription Terms
- A paid subscription is required to access premium features
- Fees are collected through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are clearly stated within the application
- Prices may change without prior notice
4.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscription automatically renews until canceled
- Your subscription fee will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation takes effect in the next billing period
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription from your Apple or Google account settings
- Refund policy is subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
- No refunds for used subscription periods
5. Content and Conduct Rules
When using the application, you MAY NOT:
- ❌ Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
- ❌ Harass, threaten, or disturb other users
- ❌ Send spam, advertisements, or unwanted content
- ❌ Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
- ❌ Attempt to compromise the security of the application
- ❌ Violate others' intellectual property rights
- ❌ Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- ❌ Reverse engineer the application or extract source code
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Application Ownership
The Toplandık application and all its content (design, logo, text, graphics, software) are owned by Toplandık and protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Usage License
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does NOT include:
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the application
- Selling, renting, or licensing the application
- Extracting the application's source code
- Using the application for commercial purposes
7. Privacy
For detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Modification and Termination
8.1 Right to Modify
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time
- We may add or remove features
- Significant changes will be notified within the application
8.2 Account Termination
We may suspend or delete your account in the following cases:
- Violation of terms of service
- Engagement in illegal activities
- Causing harm to other users
- Not using your account for more than 12 months
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We DO NOT provide the following warranties:
- That the application will operate uninterrupted or error-free
- That errors will be corrected
- That the application is free from viruses or harmful components
- That results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- Fitness for a particular purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
Toplandık and its affiliates are NOT responsible for the following damages arising from the use or inability to use the application:
- 💰 Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- 📊 Data loss or data corruption
- 💼 Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- 🔄 Cost of backup systems
- ⏰ Loss of time
- 😔 Emotional distress
Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Toplandık from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your misuse of the application
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your violation of laws or regulations
12. Third-Party Services
The application may contain links to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools). For these services:
- We are not responsible for their content
- We do not control their privacy practices
- We do not endorse their terms of service
13. Changes
We may change these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be notified as follows:
- In-app notification
- Email (for registered users)
- Update of the last modified date
If you continue to use the application after changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts
- The Turkish text prevails (in case of translation differences)
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
15.1 Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the other provisions remain in effect.
15.2 Waiver
Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.3 Assignment
You may not transfer these terms to another party without our consent. We may transfer them to any party we choose.
15.4 Entire Agreement
These terms and the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between us.

Toplandık uygulamasını kullanarak bu kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin Kabulü
Toplandık mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
2. Hizmet Açıklaması
Toplandık, kullanıcılara toplantı yönetimi, organizasyon ve planlama hizmetleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama, kullanıcıların toplantılarını verimli bir şekilde organize etmelerine yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmıştır.
3. Kullanıcı Hesapları
3.1 Hesap Oluşturma
- Hesap oluştururken doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgiler sağlamalısınız
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz ebeveyn veya vasi onayı almalısınız
- Her kullanıcı yalnızca bir hesap oluşturabilir
3.2 Hesap Güvenliği
- Hesap şifrenizi gizli tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz
- Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşamazsınız
- Hesabınızdaki tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz
- Yetkisiz erişim durumunda derhal bize bildirmelisiniz
4. Premium Abonelik
4.1 Abonelik Koşulları
- Premium özelliklere erişim için ücretli abonelik gereklidir
- Ücretler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden tahsil edilir
- Fiyatlar uygulama içinde açıkça belirtilmiştir
- Fiyatlar önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın değiştirilebilir
4.2 Otomatik Yenileme
- Abonelik, iptal edilene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir
- Abonelik ücretiniz, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat önce hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
- İptal, bir sonraki faturalandırma döneminde geçerli olur
4.3 İptal ve İade
- Aboneliği Apple veya Google hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz
- İade politikası Apple App Store ve Google Play Store politikalarına tabidir
- Kullanılmış abonelik süresi için iade yapılmaz
5. İçerik ve Davranış Kuralları
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki faaliyetlerde BULUNAMAZSINIZ:
- ❌ Yasadışı içerik paylaşmak veya yasadışı faaliyetlerde bulunmak
- ❌ Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya rahatsız etmek
- ❌ Spam, reklam veya istenmeyen içerik göndermek
- ❌ Virüs, kötü amaçlı yazılım veya zararlı kod dağıtmak
- ❌ Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atmaya çalışmak
- ❌ Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek
- ❌ Sahte hesap oluşturmak veya kimliğe bürünmek
- ❌ Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmak
6. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
6.1 Uygulama Mülkiyeti
Toplandık uygulaması ve tüm içeriği (tasarım, logo, metin, grafik, yazılım) Toplandık'ın mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
6.2 Kullanım Lisansı
Size yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, geri alınabilir, devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Bu lisans şunları KAPSAMAZ:
- Uygulamayı kopyalama, değiştirme veya türev eserler oluşturma
- Uygulamayı satma, kiralama veya lisanslama
- Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çıkarma
- Uygulamayı ticari amaçlarla kullanma
7. Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığı, kullanıldığı ve korunduğu hakkında detaylı bilgi için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyiniz.
8. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi ve Sonlandırılması
8.1 Değişiklik Hakkı
- Hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır
- Özellik ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz
- Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir
8.2 Hesap Sonlandırma
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya silebiliriz:
- Kullanım koşullarını ihlal etmeniz
- Yasadışı faaliyetlerde bulunmanız
- Diğer kullanıcılara zarar vermeniz
- Hesabınızı 12 aydan fazla kullanmamanız
9. Garanti Reddi
⚠️ ÖNEMLİ: Uygulama "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKLİYLE" sunulmaktadır.
Aşağıdaki garantileri VERMEMEKTEYIZ:
- Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı
- Hataların düzeltileceği
- Uygulamanın virüs veya zararlı bileşenlerden arındırılmış olduğu
- Elde edilen sonuçların doğru veya güvenilir olduğu
- Belirli bir amaca uygunluk
10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Toplandık ve iştiraklerimiz, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan aşağıdaki zararlardan sorumlu DEĞİLDİR:
- 💰 Dolaylı, tesadüfi veya cezai zararlar
- 📊 Veri kaybı veya veri bozulması
- 💼 İş kaybı, gelir kaybı veya kâr kaybı
- 🔄 Yedek sistemlerin maliyeti
- ⏰ Zaman kaybı
- 😔 Manevi zararlar
Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda ödediğiniz abonelik ücretini aşmayacaktır.
11. Tazminat
Aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanan tüm talep, zarar ve masraflardan Toplandık'ı tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz:
- Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz
- Uygulamayı yanlış kullanmanız
- Üçüncü tarafların haklarını ihlal etmeniz
- Yasa veya düzenlemeleri ihlal etmeniz
12. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, üçüncü taraf hizmetlere (ör: ödeme işlemcileri, analitik araçlar) bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu hizmetlerin:
- İçeriğinden sorumlu değiliz
- Gizlilik uygulamalarını kontrol etmiyoruz
- Kullanım koşullarını onaylamıyoruz
13. Değişiklikler
Bu kullanım koşullarını istediğimiz zaman değiştirebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler şu şekilde bildirilir:
- Uygulama içi bildirim
- E-posta (kayıtlı kullanıcılar için)
- Son güncelleme tarihinin değiştirilmesi
Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederseniz, yeni koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
14. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yargı Yetkisi
- Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir
- Anlaşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözümlenir
- Türkçe metin geçerlidir (çeviri farklılıkları durumunda)
15. Çeşitli Hükümler
15.1 Bölünebilirlik
Bu koşulların herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz sayılırsa, diğer hükümler yürürlükte kalır.
15.2 Feragat
Bir hakkımızı kullanmamamız, o haktan feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez.
15.3 Devir
Bu koşulları onayımız olmadan başkasına devredemezsiniz. Biz dilediğimiz kişiye devredebiliriz.
15.4 Tam Anlaşma
Bu koşullar ve gizlilik politikası, aramızdaki tam anlaşmayı oluşturur.
